John Paul founded Nextgen Blueprint with his father-in-law, a Lubbock-area general contractor with more than 30 years of experience building and repairing homes on the South Plains. Between them they had seen what goes wrong with houses here, and why: slabs poured without a plan for expansive clay, roofs that were never going to survive a Lubbock hail season, hard water quietly scaling every fixture, and renovations that looked good on move-in day and tired within a few years.
The company is built around a simple standard: run every job the way you would run it on your own house. That means diagnosing the cause before quoting a fix, planning the healthy systems into the work instead of bolting them on later, putting prices in writing, and keeping one accountable team on the job from the structure to the finish.
